After reading an article in the Sunday Telegraph about the rising prices of contemporary art I decided to paint about it. In this painting I am observing the art markets!
Taking a photograph of my daughter's eyes I created a 'skin' using a gel that preserves the image. This technique adds a contemporary edge to photographic portraiture!
