From a humanistic framework, individual and group Art Therapy sessions are offered in English and Spanish.

Art therapy is not confined to a particular psychological ideal and with a little guidance and creativity individuals are able to unlock their own internal capabilities. Through self-exploration and management, a person can connect with their internal voice fostering inner peace and healing.

In each session, artistic techniques will help bring awareness to those aspects of oneself that have not yet been recognised. Once brought to light and accepted, they lose strength and are transformed into resources and abilities. This is when reason prevails over harmful reactions, bringing new found personal confidence to everyday life.
